The Rosé revolution is here and it’s here to stay… whether you like it or not!
Because what was once deemed a not so serious wine is now high up on everyone’s list of what to drink. The crisp and sophisticated aromas and fun pastel shades make it appealing for a chilled aperitif and even to accompany a main meal. Rosé wine is indeed a hidden secret from Provence which has definitely become more and more fashionable over the years.
Back in the day, Rosé’s were seen as a sweet wine and for those who preferred a dry, crisp refreshing wine, choosing a Rosé was never an option. However today, the Rosé wine is dominating the market, there are plenty of choices and the wines are of good quality and most certainly not all sweet.
