The Wines of AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire

The AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire benefits from a unique terroir shaped by its rocky limestone soils and dry climate, producing wines with exceptional minerality and depth.

• The Rosés, crafted mainly from Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, are fresh, structured, and complex, perfect for warm summer days.
• The Reds, made from Syrah and Grenache, are refined yet powerful, developing rich aromas of dark berries, spice, and Provençal herbs.
• The Whites, though rarer, are beautifully balanced, with vibrant citrus and floral notes, thanks to Rolle (Vermentino) and Clairette.

Midway through the tour, we’ll stop for a delicious lunch at Le Relais de Cézanne, a charming restaurant offering authentic Provençal cuisine. Nestled in the peaceful countryside, this stop will allow you to savor regional flavors while admiring the stunning backdrop of Sainte-Victoire.

Your Private Sainte-Victoire Wine Tour

Join us for a private wine adventure in the heart of Paul Cézanne’s Provence. Guided by a local English-speaking wine expert, this exclusive experience combines wine, art, and history for an unforgettable day.
Our friendly guide will pick you up from your hotel or B&B (up to 10 km around Aix en Provence) and return you at the end of the tour. If you wish to be picked up and dropped off from a location outside this 10km radius, extra fees may apply.

The Full Day Tour Includes:

The knowledge and guidance of a French wine expert, visits to the vineyard where production occurs and barrels are stored, entrance to 1 vineyard, guided tastings and different sites of Paul Cézanne.
